Formal art training was  obtained under instruction from Walfrido Garcia in the San Francisco Bay area. Walt along with wife Marilyn now reside in Murphys, California where wonders of Creation abound in the Sierras. The real Artist of each Sunset and Biblical verse is indeed generous to all.
